I don’t typically bother reading in-flight magazines. For some reason though, I decided to pick it up the January issue of Spirit on a Southwest flight last week. To my surprise, there was a great article inside on predictive marketing.
The article gives an excellent overview on combining the where, when, and who we are, called persona shifting. In a nutshell, it’s all about better, real-time targeting.
